~~I have experience as an Operations Coordinator with the company Veho a logistics company providing last mile delivery and return service for time sensitive issues, such as publishing routes, selling routes, processing customer and drivers requests, and communicating with cross-functional teams. I worked under the supervision of operation managers to create map sequences and pricing the routes for drivers that are picking up packages at the warehouse so that they can get the customers orders to their homes in a timely fashion.~~I was a Project Management/Coordinator for three years at El Artistry overseeing tasks of larger projects with the lead consultant for clients, and overseeing progress to make sure goals are met on time. My roles and responsibilities consisted of maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, organizing documents, and attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. ~~I also have experience working in customer service/fulfillment. During my employment at Kohl's I helped customers purchase products, solve any issues or complaints dealing with receiving and processing defective products, and using specific strategies and multiple selling channels to fulfill and distribute customer orders by picking and packing items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers for curbside in-store pickup and ship from store. I also assisted with offloading stock deliveries, processing work orders, and packaging orders for distribution, putting them into appropriate envelopes, boxes or pallets, ensuring items are retrieved, organized and shipped in a timely manner.~~I am very organized, efficient, good at multi- tasking, able to keep tight schedules to move forward with project completion, and I'm great at communicating ideas.
