I am the managing partner of Amundsen Davis’s Rockford office and am the practice chair for the firm's Agribusiness Group. My practice includes personal injury and catastrophic & complex defense litigation. Further, I handle other general litigation matters including Agribusiness and agriculture law matters, probate, breach of contract and retail/premises litigation. I am an experienced trial attorney with numerous trials having gone to verdict in seven northwest Illinois counties. I have also handled over 60 arbitration hearings, numerous bench trials and have favorably resolved dozens of matters through dispositive motions. I also serve as Arbitrator in binding arbitration cases, Uninsured/underinsured matters, the American Arbitration Association and in the Winnebago County Mandatory Arbitration Program. I am licensed in the Northern and Central Districts of the U.S District Court in Illinois. I was licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois in 1991.
