- Independently programmed two pre-orientation trips consisting of a total of 44 hours of events at destinations around Los Angeles; led ~20 first-year students on each trip.- Managed logistical, communications, and administrative work leading up to the trips: collected student liability waivers, maintained professional lines of communication with destination contact points, and rescheduled half the 2023 itinerary due to Hurricane Hilary.

- Served on the hiring committee for the Assistant Director of Student Conduct and Restorative Practices: reviewed resumes and interviewed applicants.- Drafted and distributed weekly meeting agendas and school-wide communications.- Led weekly meetings; instituted an Acting Chair position to ease semester transitions; updated Honor Board bylaws to reflect new ASOC organizational structure.

- Managed daily operations: performed financial reconciliation and cash handling, tracked and ordered inventory, ensured food safety compliance, and provided guest service. - Produced daily email reports for regional management summarizing sales, staff performance, guest conflicts and resolutions, and other administrative issues as needed.

- Implemented restorative justice practices in student conduct cases through conflict resolution and community-oriented solutions, in collaboration with 8 other jurors.- Recorded meeting minutes and performed other administrative support tasks as needed.
