I like to get things done, and I love to be at the heart of things! I am happiest when deeply involved in a company's inner workings, empowered to drive change and improvement. For much of my career, I have been fortunate to work within small-medium companies that expanded quickly, where my input and support were integral to their growth. I have a proven track record of creating, sustaining, and reforming process systems, which always improved efficiency and frequently resulted in considerable financial savings for my employers. My current role is perfect for me! I get to use all the skills that I gained from working in finance, hospitality, property sales, and administration, as well as developing new ones as the company evolves. It also means I am part of a company whose values are helping people and companies achieve lasting behavioural change.
