Supported the design and development of the talent review and succession planning process. This included the planning and roll-out of the process, produced talent review analysis for HR Business Partners and Group Executive meetings, identification of senior talent and high potential employees and managing development plans.

The role involved providing support to all functions throughout the training life cycle including training needs analysis, research and analysis of service providers, identification of training solutions, co-ordination of the training courses, management of third party supplier and evaluation process.Managed functions' training budget, supported the streamlining of courses across all functions as well as the creation of the L&D toolkit of processes and templates. Implemented an improvement programme to update an in-house core curriculum training programme and developed a process to ensure that all business improvements initiatives were included in the relevant training programmes.I also managed the Engineering graduates that were on the International Graduate Programme including management of their development plan, progress and co-ordinated their work assignments to support their development.

The Project Academy was created to support and develop the competencies of the Project Management functions. As a Project Academy Coordinator embedded within the Capital Projects Group of the company, my main focus was to manage, develop and support the improvements of the Project Academy as well as support training initiatives for the rest of the functions within the Capital Projects Group.I also managed the stakeholders and third-party training providers, supported the benchmarking exercise of the Project Management practices and procedures and co-ordinated the project management improvement plan.

Managed the process of codes and standards deviation to ensure compliance with the Republic of Kazakhstan regulations and international regulations. The role involved managing a number of internal and external stakeholders, streamlining of activities and creation of a codes and standards online library.

Managed the creation of technical and non-technical processes and procedures to align with the processes of the shareholders. Assisted the Quality Manager in performing internal audits and creating of management reports and co-ordinated various assurance workshops.

Managed the project office including implementation of a Document Control System as well as setting up of the office in Wales.

Designed and delivered workshops and training in Office Automation projects to various companies in Malta and government departments.Delivered one-to-one training to members of the Maltese parliament in office automation and for a period of six months I was embedded within the Maltese Cabinet Office to support the computerisation of their systems.
