The role progressed to Project Manager responsible for pre-sales calls with customers, requirements determination, quotes/bids, and the management of project teams of 15.In 2014 I progressed to Programme Manager, and within two years, I was approached by Senior Leadership to become Head of Project Management and PMO, creating and leading a globally aligned team of Project and Programme Managers. This role managed a portfolio of projects delivering technical authoring and instructional design products for global customers.Following the division's acquisition by L&T Technology Services in 2018, my position grew as a senior leadership team member, responsible for a global portfolio of 100+ projects and the integration of 75 staff. This challenging environment tested my personal management, stakeholder, and leadership skills to consistently achieve critical project delivery across the portfolio.
