My favorite part of my job is helping my customers find the product they need in a timely manner and keeping their costs down. It can be a challenge! It's not always easy to find a quality item at a fair price and the internet is full of competitors who offer the products I sell but can't deliver locally or with the service my customers appreciate. I started at MSS in customer service and I am enjoying my transition into sales. I like the access I have to learning about my customers' business and how I can help alleviate their stress by helping them find the products they need.
