Managing a team of 10 direct reports, collaborating across departments to drive product improvements, implement platform safety measures, and ensure cohesion across markets.Key Responsibilities:- Spearheading the creation and execution of dynamic community initiatives across 11 global markets.- Overseeing platform safety for the rapidly expanding Knowunity community, ensuring a secure and inclusive environment.- Collaborating with the People Director to recruit, hire, and onboard new team members effectively.- Leading a team of 10, fostering a collaborative, idea-driven culture across markets.- Enhancing and implementing moderation strategies to safeguard user wellbeing.- Working with community managers and user moderators to review and address reported content and users on the Knowunity app.- Developing processes, onboarding materials, and workshops to ensure operational consistency and community engagement.- Collaborating with the broader Knowunity team on various projects to support ongoing product growth and development.- Actively contributing to office culture by planning social events and communications to enhance workplace positivity.
