My dedication to performing a great job has consistently progressed my career to the next level. Starting from an NCR encoder, to computer operator, production scheduler, to operations analyst. I have learned the value of teamwork, meeting Service Level Agreements, inter department dependencies, and the technical skills to perform each job. I transitioned from operations into Cobol programming where I started out doing routine housekeeping changes. I really found my niche in performing Account Conversions between banking institutions. As I gained deposit application knowledge, I was promoted from Programmer, to Team Lead, to Senior Programmer Analyst. During my tenure I worked on various hardware, software and service solution platforms. When I rejoined Fiserv in another division, I picked up exposure in converting more applications. Due to a merger/reorganization within the company I was released from employment. But a year later I find myself rejoining Fiserv in the Precision division. I look forward to learning another platform, programming language and another approach to doing conversion work.I possess a great work ethic. I can be depended on to keep my projects current and on track to scheduled deadlines. I have a knack for identifying issues and then taking the initiative get them resolved.
