As a staff recipe tester at food52.com, I work with the rest of the recipe testing team to decide the pool of test-able submissions to the site, and test those recipes for content, taste and clarity.

Leading small groups in cooking classes as part of a larger team of three other class instructors. Duties also include prepping the night's meal before guests arrive, serving their meal, and clean up afterward.

Supervisor duties include the managing of planned events from set-up to completion, interacting with clients and managing staff as well as event coordinator.

Complete overseeing of a medium to large sized kitchen. This included all food and equipment ordering, scheduling of staff, day-to-day running of kitchen and organizing large catered events for the restaurant, bar, and adjoining nightclub.
