• Routine medical examinations and special tests.• Proficiency testing for College of American Pathologists (CAP) and external quality control for Randox International Quality Assessment Scheme (RIQAS).• Rotation on various sections – Biochemistry, Special Chemistry, Serology, Hematology, Blood Bank, Clinical Microscopy, Microbiology, Phlebotomy.• Examination of tissues, secretions and excretions of the human body.• Examination of body fluids through various electronic, chemical, microscopic, bacteriologic, hematologic, serologic and immunologic techniques (either manual or automated).• Blood-banking procedures and techniques.• Parasitology, Mycology and Microbiology procedures.• Preparations and standardization of reagents, standards, stains and others that are exclusively for the use of the laboratory.• Clinical laboratory Quality Control and documentation.• Quality customer service delivery.• Infection control.
