- Lead a multidisciplinary team and direct EMTP releases in partnership with Polytechnique Montréal, Hydro-Québec, RTE("Réseau de Transport d'Électricité") and EDF (“Electricité De France”).- Conduct processes defining software development, deployment methods, partners and suppliers.- Manage the French engineering services business unit from Montréal.- Increase the engineering services activity for North America.- Participate in the development of new EMTP features and perform engineering studies.Main achievements: - Successful release of major versions of EMTP (3.3, 3.4 et 3.5). - Development of new features in EMTP (Python interface, database of equipment, co-simulation algorithm…) - Definition and implementation of a software quality assurance strategy for nuclear certification.- The engineering services business unit team is now staffed with 5 skilled engineers, carries out exciting international projects and generates profit.
