Currently working in Medical HR dealing with employee life cycle management right from the hire till the exit interviews. This includes succession planning, understanding training and development requirements, managing performance evaluation and everyday HR queries etc. While I was pursuing my Masters, I worked Part time and later full-time for more than a year, with the Estee Lauder Companies in Clinique as a Sales and Beauty Consultant. Fortunately, worked in my interested areas - Retail, Skincare, and Business Development. Educating the clients, and demonstrating and onboarding them was my primary focus. Building strategies to bring attraction, highlighting new launches, reaching the sales targets every month, visual merchandising etc were also the areas I have succeeded.In India, I have had the opportunity to work at an early-age startup Big.Jobs, which gave me all the freedom and space to mould myself according to my interests which were Recruitment and Business Development. I engaged in attracting clients on LinkedIn and leveraging the Business Leader’s connections, onboarding them and working together with the clients to build strategies to close their requirements. This experience has been a stepping stone to deciding my areas of interest in my career.
