▪ Identifying and Recruiting KOL, Influencers or Social Sellers to be part of Lazada Affiliate Program and growing strong relationships with them.▪ Managing KOL performance and growth on daily basis – To keep the KOL active and engage and grow with Lazada Affiliate Program.▪ Negotiating with KOL partners for an exclusive arrangement and deals with brands.▪ Formulating the business development strategy to grow Affiliate B2C partners.▪ Collaborating with a team of experienced and high-performing Affiliate marketers through the end-to-end operations (Creation, implementation, tracking, post-action analysis, optimization, campaign management) of the new partners from KOL segment.▪ Collaborate with Social Media, Brand, and other functions to provide compelling, influencer-led content that will engage our community across our social media channels.▪ Oversee and proofread influencer-generated branded content to ensure we stick to campaign timelines and deliverables

▪ Digital Media Planning for Revo Cashback App using Facebook Advertising Platform.▪ Liaising between Loopme Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.▪ Monitoring bands display, video and rich media campaigns executed on Loopme inventory.▪ Co-ordinating with brand agencies for their promotional activities and marketing launches on Loopme website and social media channels.▪ Curating and posting daily brand offers on Loopme website.▪ Highlighting best offers on the website and all social media accounts to get maximum user engagement.▪ Adding new brands to increase Brand database and improve listings to attract more website visitors.

▪ Managing Men’s Denim Category for brands like Levis, Pepe, Lee, Wrangler, Jack & Jones, Being Human & Celio.▪ Responsible for Branded Knits & Winter Wear Category for brands like Louis Phillipe, Van Heusen, IZOD, Octave, Monte Carlo, Proline, Status Quo and T-Base.▪ Preparing Buying & Assortment plan for all stores and implementing the same.▪ Analyzing weekly performance on parameters like Plan vs Achievement, Like-To-Like growth, ROS, NWC and Top Style Analysis.▪ Monitoring weekly sales, stock and intake for each brand to ensure future projections are inline with stock availability. ▪ Implementing and executing promotional plans to boost business growth. ▪ Liaising between brand and operations team in order to ensure smooth workflow.▪ Post season sales analysis and reviews to identify areas of degrowth and resolving them in the next season.▪ Ensuring top line and bottom line target achievement.
