Current• I led a team of 9 to deliver all areas of Corporate Group Accounting, accurate and timely statutory reporting including both direct and indirect taxation for this £1.9bln turnover business.• Managed relationships with group finance house, European treasury and external banking partners, to ensure that significant borrowing requirements were appropriate and transacted seamlessly.• Developed with parent company a pan European chart of accounts, implementing the project and managing the internal transition with departmental managers and ensuring continuity of accurate monthly financial reporting to TGB board, European parent and Japanese listed companies• Led the consolidation of 3 Toyota group AP functions into a shared service centre, determining service levels agreements and KPIs and generating local headcount savings.• Developed a high performing team of 7 Qualified / PQ Accountants
