• Responsible for providing level 1 and 2 Network support. Assist with provisioning, implementation, and supporting of customers.• Monitor network health and responds to event alarms.• Work with customers to resolve network related issues such as connectivity, latency, Firewall Issues, loadbalancing related issues, packet loss, compromised boxes and DDOS attacks.• Firewall and VPN configurations with Juniper SSG and Netscreen firewalls.• Firewall and Load balancer provisioning and QA.• Monitor network health and critical systems for outages, failures and saturation, interact with transit vendors and peers to report and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.• Execution of network maintenance plans.• Create Change Controls for customer impacting network related maintenances.
