•Collaborated with a team of a senior engineer on the design, production, and quality of feed screws (mostly used in Injection molding machine) and tip assembly• Produced detailed technical drawings.• Assisted in the development of new processes and procedures to reduce the production costs and increase overall production efficiency (milling operation was done only on CNC mill-turn machine so having decided the distribution of operation in manual milling machine resulting into more production as single machine can't be able to do so and also helped to maintain the continuous flow of the work for workers)• Performed detailed design analysis, completed production checklist, and implemented the quality policy on the assigned projects.• Identify any problems and failures and non-conformity to the product• Highlight any variation in measurement/ damages to the finished product.• Approved & certified parts that are in line with design standard requirements for others to be handed over for the rejection• Finished parts handed over to the dispatch department
