Hello! My name is Rutvi Shah, and I am a graduate student at Johns Hopkins University pursuing a Master's in Healthcare Management. Alongside my education, I work as a Healthcare Analyst in government consulting, where I focus on improving healthcare strategies and operations. Through this, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to projects focused on addressing critical challenges in healthcare, such as clinician burnout and patient outcomes. Through analyzing databases, I gained insights into the dynamics between providers and patients, helping to shape strategies that drive improvements in the system. At Johns Hopkins, I serve as the Director of Logistics and Operations for the Graduate Consulting Club. In this role, I help coordinate pro-bono consulting projects, collaborating with consultants and student teams to support startups in Maryland in overcoming business challenges.
