Responsible for purchasing of empty cartridges to fulfill the demand of internal customers. Managing stock levels and sell non useable, non rotating stocks, overstocks against best possible conditions. Work area is worldwide but main markets are Europe, Asia and USResponsible for the SAP system.Main tasks:- Implementation of SAP with our sister company ( whole process from blue print to Go Live )- Managed carve out project ( whole process )- Analyze and improve current SAP processes within the budget- Main contact to our SAP partner- Prepare instructions and training for staff- Interfaces with CRM- Testing new processes

Responsible for managing Business Unit " Empties " located in the Czech Republic.Reporting to the European Director.Main responsibilities:- Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth- Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners- Implement sorting and inspection criteria according customers- Implement and achieve KPI's ( like productivity, stock levels, service levels etc etc )- SAP implementations - Managing and planning the operators- Managing Supplybureau - Sales of empty cartridges worldwide- Purchase of empty cartridges worldwide

When started main responsibility was purchasing OEM supplies worldwideAfter the portfolio from business unit KVM ( raw materials production ) and business unit Recoll ( empty cartridges ) were added to my responsibility. Estimated overall purchase value 15 mln EURIn 2003 part of SAP implementation project. As team member I was involved in the whole process from making blue print till Go Live
