Workplace Services being the main component next to Application Support and Robotics (or Robotic Process Automation). Combining Process Optimization with RPA software we're building bots that increase our efficiency and quality while reducing costs and time-2-market.I also take care of the Business Continuity Management & Facility Management for the complete organization - an activity that cannot be underestimated in a volatile environment as Metro Manila - with as a highlight (or probably better "lowlight") guiding us through the volcanic eruption of Taal in January of 2020 and the subsequent lockdown/work-from-home changes for the COVID-19 outbreak starting March 2020.
