In addition, taking care of timely hardware delivery and shipping, travelling internationally to handle complete installation of the hardware including instruction and training on-site are also part of the tasks and responsibilities.As Customer Service Coordinator in charge of investigating and evaluating customer complaints, responding to issues such as service inquiries and problem resolution. Furthermore responsible for standardizing customer service procedures across the company, setting up user manuals and troubleshooting documentation and identifying areas for improvement by e.g. collecting comments and feedback from customers to improve customer service and satisfaction.As Test Coordinator responsible for the whole test process from planning, through test plan development, execution and result reporting. Also involved in the development and improvement of the test functions, putting forward suggestions and implementing plans accordingly.
