CurrentResponsibilities:- Managing one of the Supply Chain teams (8 fte)- Meeting customer servicelevels on ordercompleteness- Reducing stocklevels- Reducing costs due to unsaleability- Improving efficiency and effectiveness of the Supply Chain department by constantly improving the ERP system (as key-user on the Stock planning module), e.g. designing fully automated stockplanning- Initiating and implementing new system functionality, e.g. designing a system for supplier performance- Supporting and advising the Supply Chain Manager- Member of several projectteamsOther:- For over one year acting as interim Supply Chain Manager- For almost one and a half year member of an international projectteam for implementing SAP ERP (stationed near the city of Cologne)
