My main focus at Quint is to advise clients on and help them answer their Service Automation (SA) questions, mainly within the domain of IT Service Management (ITSM). As a member of the SA team within Quint I also develop new propositions to further aid our clients. We do this, for example, by system scans to identify potential for automation and uncovering previously unidentified bottlenecks within existing processes. Several tools are used for getting results, such as system integration tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Acto is a supplier of ERP software. As project manager my main focus is on the implementation and adaptation of our ERP software for our new customers. Besides the implementation of ERP software I am responsible for a number of smaller internal and external projects. These projects vary in length from a few weeks to multiple months and include product improvements, widening and improving knowledge and processing/implementing RFC's for customers.

Within MY-LEX I held the position of Project Manager. In this role my relationship with the customer was my main priority, whether it was about developing or maintaining their product(s), all with the help of several development teams. I focussed on their continued trust in our products by listening to their wants and needs, as well as looking at trends in the market, to ensure the products conform to market standards, are future proof and in line with customer expectations. At Blue Carpet I worked as Project Manager and as such, I was responsible for a team of developers and designers. Furthermore, I was the linking pin between my team and my customers. In my role as project manager I reported weekly on status and budget to the management and bi-weekly to my customers as part of the Agile/SCRUM process.

At Ricoh I developed and implemented solutions which deal invoice automation. My responsibilities focused mainly on Readsoft Online, which is a cloud-solution for invoices. Implementations ranged from 2 to 10 days, depending on the options and wishes of the customer. I worked together with marketing, sales and delivery to develop this solution into a standardized, quick to implement solution. Furthermore, I was responsible for all communication between our customers and Readsoft concerning issues, changes and feature requests.

LIAS Software is a company specialized in software for local governance. I was responsible for training the end users and helping the organisation making certain decisions in and fine tuning of the numerous possibilities. I also helped customers create reports, dashboards and analysis overviews in both LIAS and external data sources to enrich financial data with management information.The finalized products mostly have a financial basis and serve as important information to citizens. Accurate and consistent information was therefor of the highest priority.

KNVvL is the Dutch name of the Royal Netherlands Aeronautical Association (RNAA) founded in 1907. It is a non-governmental and non-profit making national organisation with the basic aim of furthering aeronautical activities and airsports in the Netherlands. There are eleven sections for the different disciplines of airsports and interest, divided in flying and non-flying skills.As Portfolio-manager paragliding competitions, I was responsible for all competitions held within the paragliding discipline, both in the Netherlands and abroad. Work included collaboration with foreign associations, arranging the Dutch Open and the Dutch Open Flatland Competition. I also took care of overseeing and improving competition policies, rules and regulations for cross country flying and competitions in The Netherlands.

As Project Manager, I've managed several projects. To highlight one of my successes and to share my most valuable experience, I've described my project with Athlon Car Lease below.

As consultant at Ferox IT I worked mainly with Microsoft CRM. I was responsible for migrations to Microsoft CRM, including data migration, data enrichment and data integrity. I also provided input for new modules being developed, based on customer feedback.

I was asked by Planon, one of the biggest developers in facility management and real estate software world wide, to research and implement a hands-on teaching centre, including remote learning possibilities. I was responsible for the implementation of several new technologies, such as a virtual infrastructure, to ensure environment consistency between all workstations, including up-to-date versions of software and data.

During my study at the Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen I worked part-time at Klompé & Rupp. While this was also my last working experience during my study at the Technisch College Ede, they asked me to stay and work on a part-time basis.Work included consulting on both internal IT matters as well as implementing solutions at customers. The focus was mainly on network devices in branche office and home office environments.
