The Technical Supplier Manager will assure alignment on strategies, technical programs and activities in the Programs, in the strategic product family teams and in the supplier account teams.• Support ASML outsourcing strategy to increase ASML flexibility and focus on the ASML added value, develop suppliers accordingly, as part of the strategic product family team.• Drive technological challenges and requirements to the supplier, increase leverage of supplier technology & processes into the ASML design, assure on-time and on-quality deliverables, as part of the Project/Program teams• Ensure supplier execution in New Product Introduction and volume on Technology and Quality aspects, as part of the supplier account teams.

Formed a new multidisciplinary group 'Measurement & Mechatronics' in Veldhoven within the sector Development & Engineering. This group operates as an outpost for the D&E organization in Wilton-USA. Besides the group lead tasks also taking care of performing operational project lead tasks as a representative for the project leads in Wilton.Its mission statement: To seamless integrate and support remotely developed modules on system level during new product introduction on proto and pilot production and being a liaison between Veldhoven and Wilton-USA, contributing in requirement, design, test and fmea reviews.
