Objective:The wholesale division of VodafoneZiggo offers national and international wholesale partners connectivity or access to its network and /or its mobile roaming partner networks.Tasks:- Heading and managing the overall Wholesale roaming responsibilities and activities (9 people)- Defining and implementation of the new Wholesale organization; from a functional oriented organization to a market-product oriented organization- Build, manage and improve the team performance and skills- Development and implementation of the roaming product roadmap including roll out of new services (VoLTE roaming; 5G roaming). - Managing the inbound roaming revenue, the outbound roaming costs and Wholesale resell revenues- Part of Wholesale Management team responsible for the (International-)MVNO, Interconnect, IDD, Roaming, Transmission and inbound Visitor business of VodafoneZiggo.- Manage the internal and external relationships with other departments, customers, partners and suppliers- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction for roaming related commercial, technical, operational, billing and fraud issues.

Tasks: - Main task: Partner management existing business. End responsible for all contractual, commercial and legal aspects for existing national and international partners such as Ziggo Mobiel, Teleena, Lycamobile etc.- New Business: For both national and international wholesale parties the first point of contact on behalf of VodafoneZiggo Wholesale. Evaluate the (strategic) opportunity, negotiations relating contractual, commercial and legal aspects.

Tasks: - Main task: Contract management of existing national and international wholesale partners. Responsible for all contractual aspects of the wholesale contract such as commercials, legal aspects, KPIs / SLAs. - New Business: for both national and international wholesale parties responsible for the contract negotiations such as commercials, legal aspects and KPIs / SLAs.

Tasks:- Account management for all existing accounts in the Eastern Europe region- Account management for all new accounts in the Eastern Europe region- Identifying and realizing new business opportunities in new markets- Market analysis and marketing activities- Coordination from order to delivery and installation process

Objective Coordination of international Major Account sales activities across all sales channels of the Ricoh Family Group (RFG) in Europe, Middle-East and Africa.Tasks:- Contract management for existing and new accounts- Single point of contact for local sales representatives in the Southern Europe region
