Working as Project Specialist Permits & Safety (H&S Manager) for the MOJO Concerts events in the Netherlands.In this role working as Head of Security for the North Sea Jazz Festivals in Rotterdam and Curacao, Blues Festival Grolloo and the Blue Seas Festival in Curacao. Also performing H&S roles on most of our concerts in venues such as Ziggo Dome, AFAS Live, Rotterdam Ahoy, Carré, De Kuip and the Johan Cruijff ArenA. These are concerts from artists like: Rolling Stones, U2, One Direction, Beyoncé, Ed Sheeran, various KPOP acts (BTS, Blackpink), Robbie Williams, P!nk, Metallica, KISS, Marco Borsato and many more artists.In this role also responsible for getting the permits and managing the relationships with suppliers and local authorities before, during and after our events on H&S Matters.At festivals (Pinkpop, Lowlands) member of the Incident Management Team Event (CMTE) as information manager and minutes secretary. At North Sea Jazz I am part of the CMTE as Head of Festival Security/Safety Coordinator.Furthermore working on H&S related subjects like: Risk Assessments, organizing H&S Training, writing policies on working safe and healthy at our events and in the office and working closely with my counterparts at the Ziggo Dome, AFAS Live and TSC Crowd Management. I am also head of the ERT (Hoofd BHV) at the Delft Office of MOJO.

MOJO gave me the opportunity to support the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 organization as its H&S Manager. It was a once in a lifetime experience which we unfortunately couldn't finish due to COVID-19. However we prepared all the H&S related topics until we had to stop due to the cancellation. It was great to be part of this passionate team.In May 2020 I was asked as COVID-19 officer for the alternative broadcast of the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 at Studio 21.Unfortunately I cannot be part of the 2021 team due to obligations @ MOJO.

Door het idee van Tonnie Buitink om hier meer mee te doen, stond de eerste groep enthousiaste EP-ers in 1988 te werken bij de op- en afbouw van het concert van Paul Simon in het Goffertpark. Door deze geweldige ervaring voor zowel de opdrachtgever MOJO, als de EnschedePloegers, was vanaf dat moment de EnschedePloeg-UT geboren. Till the job is done Het werk van de EnschedePloeg-UT speelt zich af bij evenementen, in schouwburgen, bij operagezelschappen en op onze universiteit. Door de verschillende disciplines die wij in huis hebben kunnen wij meedenken om uw klus tot een succes te maken. Ook nemen wij graag eenmalige bijzondere opdrachten aan. Worked for Mr. Tonnie Buitink as his assistant and organized all kind of activities and events for the University of Twente. During Tonnie's illness I replaced him. Mainly in the role of Head of Security and Safety.

The Student Union is responsible for all extracurricular activities at the University of Twente and also looks after all students’ interests. The Student Union is made up of all study, sports, cultural, leisure and various other associations. The Student union also organises various other events such as Create Tomorrow and the Skills Certificate, sells the Xtra-card, runs the UnionShop and the Atrium and is responsible for the policy on the Pakkerij, the Bastille and the Water sport complex.I was responsible of organising the events for the student union and doing business in the Atrium.
