At North Sea Jazz I am part of the CMTE as Head of Festival Security/Safety Coordinator.Furthermore working on H&S related subjects like: Risk Assessments, organizing H&S Training, writing policies on working safe and healthy at our events and in the office and working closely with my counterparts at the Ziggo Dome, AFAS Live and TSC Crowd Management.     MOJO gave me the opportunity to support the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 organization as its H&S Manager. It was a once in a lifetime experience which we unfortunately couldn't finish due to COVID-19. However we prepared all the H&S related topics until we had to stop due to the cancellation. It was great to be part of this passionate team.In May 2020 I was asked as COVID-19 officer for the alternative broadcast of the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 at Studio 21.Unfortunately I cannot be part of the 2021 team due to obligations @ MOJO.
