Responsible for the development and planning of business requirements for new systems, system changes or enhancements in coordination with business users, management, other IT resources and/or vendors. Working closely with business partners and customers to identify and analyze practical solutions through existing or new business systems technology while providing a consultative approach when working with clients, communicating best practices to achieve client goals. Main expertise in SAP SD/MM module within the DF/PD branche of Siemens within Europe 1 region

In this role I design and implement future-proof processes. The goal is to continuously improve the processes within the Siemens Industry sector and bring the business to a higher, more effective and efficient operating level. These processes cross over on different domains including:- SAP (SD/MM/FICO/BW)- CRM (Oracle on demand)- E-business- Pricing analytics (Vendavo)- DMS (Livelink and sharepoint)In this role I am also leading a community within NWE of process consultants to improve collaboration and create a uniform vision.

- Analysis of customer behaviour in different stores/countries and selecting the according products- Analysis of product flow through stores and pro-active responding to it- Training to colleagues on different fields in regards to SAP and processes- Support other colleagues by creating databases and reports to enhance productivity

- Coordination of delivery's and inventory for Reebok Retail stores in Europe- Creation of tools (MS Access) to optimize and monitor the delivery's- Creation of management reports (MS Access / MS Excel)- Analysis of current processes, design and implementation of improvements- Analysis of inventory differences in stores and warehouse

- Controlling reverse logistics process- Analysing current reports- Analysing existing processes- Involvement in several and diverse projects- Advising network managers to enhance network performance- Design and implementation of new processes- Design and creation of complex MS Access databases in order to generate complex reports from the system.- Other; Write-off’s, customer conference calls, wall to wall counts, change requests for the system.
