I am a writer with experience ranging across music, poetry, and screenplays. I expanded my storytelling to screenwriting after completing a Script Writing short course with the University of East Anglia in April 2020. I have been longlisted for The Netflix Screenwriters' Fellowship, 2021 and placed in the top 10% of all scripts received for the BBC Drama Script Room, 2021. I have been featured on BBC Radio 1, BBC 1xtra, BBC Radio Introducing London, Reprezent Radio, Complex UK, GUAP and TRENCH. My literary work has been commissioned by Apples & Snakes, Arts Council England, The Poetry Society and Beatfreaks. I have facilitated poetry and music workshops for young people. My poetry has been published by Verve poetry press and Team Angelica. My work primarily explores themes of culture, identity, religion, love, and loss.

I play a leading role in the delivery of student and Registry services. I was responsible for the recruitment of postgraduate students for a portfolio of courses. On a day-to-day basis I assessed the applications for numerous postgraduate courses which included the appraisal of applications, providing student immigration advice, processing fee assessments, and making selective decisions within agreed academic criteria.
