Formulate, implement and monitor the Institute’s communication with all stakeholders.Formulate, implement and monitor communication between management and the board of directors to ensure that board meetings are held timeously.Prepare and coordinate Annual Calendar of all Institute’s events and meetings.Develop and recommend to the General Manager for approval, the Institute’s marketing and communications philosophy and guidelines.Review as deemed necessary the Institute’s marketing and image management strategies and, where appropriate, recommend to the General Manager any material changes thereto.Alignment marketing goals and objectives to Institute strategy.Formulate, implement and monitor the Institute’s marketing strategy to ensure good customer care and brand visibility.Commission a general or specific market related research regarding the Institute image, customer service and related matters.Evaluate major research findings about the Institute’s business and guidance on marketing remedial action.* How i do it differently?With my passion for marketing and good interpersonal skills I deliver good results in terms of all the work that i do to serve the Insurance Industry.
