Handling IT Operations

Key Responsibilities:- Providing technical support for various network, hardware and software related problems. Troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP and Windows Vista Operating Systems. Performing data backup and restoration of servers and clients. Providing support for the MS Office applications. Assembling of PCs, configuring user accounts and password security, Internet and TCP/IP parameters, Printers, Scanners. Users and Groups account management (creation, deletion, and shifting). Updating virus definitions, service packs and software patches. Maintaining Exchange Server 2003, mail clients. (MS Outlook, Outlook Express) To coordinate the maintenance and procurement of all IT related equipment To compile and maintain all necessary records, reports and log books Continually review working practices and make recommendations for improvements Building user relation and satisfaction by educating and solving their problems.

Key Responsibilities:- Performing daily backups and troubleshooting if any errors. Providing help-desk support to the staff.
