Experience and Responsibilities.• Plan & arrange complete end to end repair cycle for customers.• Handling internal ERP system & update the data to ERP system for repair cycle. • Arrange advance replacement or R n R services for customers as request.• Collect the necessary shipment details from customer & prepare the Packing list. • Prepare proforma invoice for shipments.• Coordinate with customer & arrange necessary regulatory approvals for inbound shipments ( TRC / NFE / Import control license. )• Check the inbound shipment details accuracy & update the final docs to customer ( Packing list details,cnee details,approval status,)• Coordinate with customer & arrange necessary Exports approvals for Outbound shipments• Coordinate with local warehouse & monthly check the inventory accuracy in WH.• Coordinate with overseas customers get the relevant shipment details,logistics details & ensure the delivery of goods on time to the correct address.• Daily coordinate with clearing agent & follow up the shipments, ensure smooth delivery of shipment.• Coordinate with logistics agents & transporters and arrange on time delivery shipment to customer on time.• Collect the logistics invoices from agents , check the invoices & update to local system & release payments.• Track and monitor the monthly KPI indicators for logistics operation & inform management to minimize the operational gaps & issues.

Knowledge & experienced area Exports •Handling Direct exports shipments & freight forwarding shipments (Agent’s shipments).(Buyers’ Nomination shipments)•Coordinating shipper,In house sales teams,finance customer service, docs teams Freight forwarders, Main lines, Transporters, Customs, port Authority , Overseas agents•Accept booking from shippers, check shipment Feasibility, Check Actual Delivery feasibility Plan, Destination restrictions from overseas Agent.•If Shipment practicable ,Coordinate the freight rate with shipper for final Delivery Destination, confirm the freight rate with sales Team (Total cost of handling including Sea freight cost+road /rail transport cost +any additional fees , FOB or CIF status)•Once cargo ready, contact Main Line, check the Suitable vessel & book the cargo space, get Cntr Release orders and E mail to shipper.(Inform shipper)•Collect Accurate Shipping Info (prepare draft BL) and VGM details from shipper before 72 hours prior to Vessel ETA and update to Main line to avoid any penalty charges.•Once Vessel opening given Inform shipper to Vessel opening & guide to load the cntr & delivery to correct port stack before Vessel cutoff time(12 /24 hours.)•Mean time ,prepare the draft bl & send to shipper & get the final confirmation form shipper (No of free dates at destination ( demmurage ) , HS code, CNTR weight ,no of cartons)•Once shipment on bordered to vessel ,send the invoices to shipper & collect the payment (PREPAID/FREIGHT COLLECT) & release the set of OBL documents as per shipper’s requirement.(arrange surrender or express BL SET )•Once Vessel sailed make sure send Pre Alert to destination agent on time.•Handling export Amendments with coordinating Main shipping line and under shipper’s guide approval. •Arrange necessary export certificates.(cleaning, country of origin, safety, commodity certificates as per shipper's requirement)

( Submit cargo manifesting before 72hours to Vessel ETA, SLPA & EDI)•Send cargo arrival notices & freight invoices to cnees on time & guide them to clear the shipment.•Daily Support and Assist and guide to customers on business matters/problems (Importers, Freight forwarders, consignees, ports authority, clearing agents)•Check & Verify all in bound docs such as accurately endorsed OBL set, Bank guarantee docs, surrender BL, FCL guarantee, CNTR Deposit before release D/O.•Handle Shipment inbound charges such as Docs fees, freight charge, and liner demurrage Bank guarantee charges.,De stuffing charges.•Handled De Stuffing, MCC , LCL Shipments with No objection letters.. •Analyse the incoming shipments flows, identify the patterns & identify the bottlenecks & inform Management to possible developing areas•Assist & prepare necessary data reports as per management requirements. •Attend daily TP calls & Email enquiries and provide required info (such as shipment routine, arrival notice, charges, shipment status, BG approval)to customer accurately & on time.•Coordinate with cnees, & assist to Customs Manifest Amendment issues,
