Overall Management of Network Operation Center for Lanka Government Network.• Manage LGN Services Performance & SLMS (Service Level Management System)• Capacity and policy planning.• Managing Infrastructure and Security team other relevant staff.• Design, Implement and maintain Networking and IT security systems• Develop procedures and guidelines to improve local IT operation.• Improve NOC engineer knowledge level.• Manage NOC manuals and reports.• Manage Other Project initiated by ICTA from LGN prospective (e-Population, e-Pension, e-RL, GIDC, e-Divisional Sectary and Lanka Gate)• Manage the 2’nd escalation incident• Manage the LGN infrastructure Security and internal Audit• On demand works• Coordinate with LGN partners

Print Servers, PDC & BDC) Fax Servers Active LAN Devices Passive LAN Devices for 325 site and Network Operations Center to maintain operating efficiency and secularly.• Participating in disaster recovery testing, maintaining system documentation logs and assisting in troubleshooting and diagnosis of system problems. • Executing email gateway administration, backup, data recovery, • Configuring and maintaining the Cisco VPN concentrators, maintaining inter site linkage.• Working with routing, switching, security devices - configurations, architecture and performing connectivity performance issues. • Rendering expertise in network/Security infrastructure & TCP/IP, network documentation, architecture diagram formulation and desktop support.

• Served in network maintenance, performed many types of hardware, software maintenance and engineering in addition to systems selection, backup and technical support.• Carried out cabling and established both wired and wireless networks, implemented network security, built firewalls, managed host security and secured various permissions. • Anticipated utilization patterns, their effect on system availability and performed maintenance programs following company and vendor standards. • Cooperated on network design initiatives and implementation of network solutions such as LAN, WAN, Security, DHCP, DNS and AD servers etc.• Investigated user problems, determined possible solutions, oversaw software, application development, installation and upgrades.
