The model helped to avoid excess spend and maintain service level. $2.5M+ savings was realized globally. • Product life cycle forecast: applied K-means clustering, curve fitting, and Monte Carlo simulation methods to make demand forecast over the product life cycle. The error reduced from 148% to 20%. • Return for credit (RFC) forecast: developed a random forecast model to predict quarterly RFC values. The global accuracy is 98%. • Volunteer as a mentor to offer support, guidance, and expertise to people in the data science development program (DSDP).
