• New products introduction (NPI): built a random forest and XGBoost model to forecast demand for new products. The model helped to avoid excess spend and maintain service level. $2.5M+ savings was realized globally.
• Product life cycle forecast: applied K-means clustering, curve fitting, and Monte Carlo simulation methods to make demand forecast over the product life cycle. The error reduced from 148% to 20%.
