Achieved bringing down the market price of long-distance taxis for travelers by 20% more than previously in Sri Lanka while allowing the driver-partners to earn 60% more than otherwise. Less Taxi is the #1 on TripAdvisor in Sri Lanka for taxis and Transportation As the CTO of The Luxury Closet (Dubai) and Crowdskills (London), the tech and product management teams were built from scratch to develop excellent systems. The systems helped the companies to grow by continuously reducing operational costs and increasing conversion rates in multiple seed rounds.As the Chief Architect in DealGuru (Singapore) helped the company to resolve its performance bottlenecks enabling the IPO. Helping many other startups as a consultant/freelancer helped back to learn and earn a very good expsorure many domains like TravelTech, FinTech, Ecommerce, HRTech etc with diverse teams across the globe.The experience while working in larger grown-up software development teams in DirectFn, John Keells and EuroCenter in Sri Lanka helped to season the basics as a Software Engineer.
