General Manager of Novotel Darling Harbour and Ibis Darling Harbour and an area consisting of strata/managed/owned/leased hotels ranging from 3 to 5 star in CBD and Regional NSW.Reporting to the Regional General Manager NSW/ACT and part of the Accor Australian Leadership team.

Pullman Sydney Hyde Park

Rebranded the Sydney Marriott hotel to the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park. Assisted in the integration of the hotel into the Accor network. Worked with the Accor integration team to rebrand and integrate the 16 NSW Mirvac Hotels into the Accor network. Managed key owner relationships during this period and managed relationship with new hotel owners.Reporting to the General Manager Integration and part of the Accor Australia Leadership Team

Sydney Marriott Hotel, Hyde Park

General Manager of the franchised 241 roomed Sydney Marriott Hotel and oversaw key owner relationships of 17 hotels in NSW ranging from Strata/Managed/Owned.Managed 17 GM's and formed a Regional team of functional specialists to assist hotels performance.Reporting to the CEO Mirvac Hotels and Resorts and part of the Mirvac Hotels and Resorts Excom team assisting in formulating the strategic direction of the company.

Managed the dual relationships involved in the franchise between Marriott and Mirvac. Took hotel through the planning and implementation of the full refurbishement of 241 rooms, lobby, confernece space and food and beverage outlets. Also oversaw the operation of the Sebel Resort and Spa Hawkesbury Valley and Kirkton Park Hunter Valley.
