IT should provide value to the business, from the initial implementation and through ongoing continuous improvement.My personal experience is as a business systems consultant with extensive experience and exposure to IT services, software development projects, ERP/BMS systems and building services globally. I have a unique IT background, having worked as an end-user in a Service department, an ERP Software Consultant and as a Business Solutions Architect for a global organisation. This has given me a driving interest to ensure IT systems fit process - I've experienced first hand the frustration and reluctance to engage when they don't.I'm passionate about supporting and facilitating business strategy execution through effective innovation and technology investment, with no ties to any particular system or methodology. My aim is to deliver whatever solution works best for the business.
