Active participation in the project "Working Capital" at Krones Group

Financial Share Service Center (on behalf of Alcatel Lucent units) was transferred from August 2014 to Accenture (Business Process Owner). I was in maternity leave at that time.

Main responsibilities:• drive and manage business client relationship and satisfaction: ALU Telecom UK & Alcatel Ireland, ALU Zao Russia, ALU Portugal and ALU Bulgaria.• secure the deadlines, accuracy and integrity of the tasks transferred in Romania• track and secure Key Performance Indicators for the customers • drive cost optimization and profitability improvement• projects follow up: processes automation and alignment; implementation of performance tools & indicators• perform Month-end-closing specific activities• perform inter-unit Reconciliation (quarterly), including calculation and posting of adjustments in case of differences; Other tasks performed during this period: • support for transferring the accounting processes towards SSC , for companies from Portugal, UK&Irland, Russland, Bulgaria, including visit on site, full documentation for Accounts Payable and General Ledger activities and implementation in SSC • involved in new projects initiated by Alcatel-Lucent, offering support during investigation and implementation phases: transfer of scanning activities towards SSC, reduce the number of invoices without Purchase Orders, transfer the collection activities for Interunit Customers in scope for SSC

My responsibilities are described above, as the activity has been transferred by Alcatel Lucent to Wipro- (Business Process Owner) (2010) and then to Accenture (2014).
