Responsible of a team of auditors for three scopes: • Supplier Logistic quality (in charge of 250 supplier plants in Europe and Asia)• Logistic quality in Cross Docks (working with 10 Cross-Docks in Europe)• Outbound logistic quality (assuring logistic quality on the vehicle flows between Renault plants and Renault Dealers in Europe, Asia and Africa)• Coordinates and monitors employee actions, builds the budget, initiates and follows the recruitment process in line with the budget and volume of activity – 9 direct reports• Organizes and allocates resources according to detailed planning • Anticipates and addresses possible resource problems by implementing a multi-purpose management plan• Manage and monitor the Service Level Agreement with the customer• Defines the tools (referential, quality manuals, audit grids) for the evaluation of parts suppliers • Ensures the implementation of the logistics quality function in different regions and pilot the increase of competences of regional correspondents • Pilot the plan to improve suppliers performance, particularly Service Rate and Dealer Damage Ratio
