When establishing international agency Action Global Communications’ presence in Romania back in 1999 as its local co-founder, I managed the agency to become a respected and long-term partner for clients across diverse industries.Growing with the market, I built an integrated practice of high-level expertise in corporate and brand communications, developed teams of industry pros while keeping a strong focus on professional ethics.I designed and managed communications programs for leading global brands, corporate and institutional clients such as British Airways, OMV, Enel, Honeywell, the European Commission, or UNICEF.In my role, I advised on major foreign investment projects in Romania, from energy privatisations to mergers and acquisitions in various industries, where I also coordinated extensive change management programmes, involving both internal and external stakeholders.Advising executive teams, media and social media training, crises preparedness and management programs have always been an integral part of my work.As a member of the Action Global Communications’ network leadership team, I contributed to international business development, campaigns and training programs and worked with many international PR agency partners.
