Designed and implemented technical solutions to build data extracts for complex state-mandated data submissions: HPN, MEDS II, QARR, etc. Result:Health Plus is compliant with NY state requirements.Designed and implemented data extracts and worked with business team and vendor on the yearly HEDIS/QARR audit reports. Designed, programmed and implemented the complete set of HEDIS/QARR audit reports from 1998 -2004. Thorough knowledge of the HEDIS/QARR reporting requirements and IPRO audit process. Result: HealthPlus has received a 1.5% Quality Award for many years (as seen in Consumer Guides to Medicaid Managed Care). Key Member of implementation team for enterprise-level provider credentialing solution; designed and programmed interface with claims system (VisualCactus-to-Facets data moved via the XPF Facets batch process). Designed and implemented back-end process that takes advantage of multiple systems capabilities to move and synchronize data between the two systems. Result: Health Plus Provider Relations staff utilize a single point of data entry managing comprehensive provider data, accessible to the Health Plus enterprise. Part of the team that designed, developed and maintained a legacy application for Managed Care member data which responds to the specific requirements of New York Medicaid Managed care regulations. The application has helped other HealthPlus departments to deliver a high quality product to members (case management) and achieve a high member satisfaction.Experienced in working with various vendors (MedImpact, HealthPlex, Health Integrated, Treo Solutions, Ingenix, KPMG, VIPS and others) to provide data extracts according to the vendors' requirements and efficiently process various data feeds incoming from the vendors. Back-end processes development (including advanced stored procedures, DTS and SSIS packages) to support various business requirements additional to functionality provided by commercial applications (Facets, Cactus).
