The Union Shop is located in the Queen’s Student Union. My primary responsibilities are assisting customers with product selection and sales, replenishing floor stocks, processing deliveries promptly, and displaying promotional materials on arm tire fronts to attract customers.

- Coordinated a range of digital educational projects, including setting up virtual and face-to-face events and contacting staff and students with joining instructions. -Provided a student perspective and voice to shape decision making and to support the development of high-quality teaching and learning resources.- Supported the facilitation of project related activities such as gathering user feedback and running focus groups with staff and students.
