-Ensuring that all Charter parties are completed and executed accurately and promptly;-Preparing voyage instructions for Masters to ensure that they are complying with the CP same, creating tank cleaning strategy in timely manner.-Liaising with the Masters, Charterers, Owners, Agents and Brokers to effectively manage a voyage;-Appointing Agents for smooth delivery in port (for bunkering and other supplies such as deck stores, tank cleaning chemicals, provisions)-Planning and arranging the Vessels’ bunkering requirements and bunker optimizations depending on weather, eco speed instructions..etc-Handling all Cargo, Bunker, and other ancillary Claims in collaboration with Charterers, P & I Clubs, vessels and the Technical and Operations department;-Generating freight invoices and processing demurrage and non-demurrage voyage claims;-Monitoring to ensure prevailing payment terms are fulfilled, in cooperation with the Accounts department;-Monitoring voyage estimates and time Charter performance against actual results;-Assisting with the weekly and monthly Departmental reporting requirements;-Updating the Chartering Department’s monthly/yearly KPI reports for CEO

In Alkaş, official Turkish representative of ReedMIDEM, organizing congresses, conventions and exhibitions for retail and real estate market all over the world, I was operating marketing activities with press and barter contracts, creating content for the printed and digital materials, arranging b2b meetings for governmental authorities, municipalities, Turkish retail brands, real estate marketinvestor companies with master franchisees and investors to be able to create networking opportunities in order to spread their brands/ foundations to foreign markets they aimed.

Acting as Kalamata Youth Center coordinator, Kalamata Street Festival 16' coordination team member, mentorship for short-term EVS volunteers, creating social media promotion and online products for the festival and workshops/classes in the Youth Center.
