• In charge of settlement over the IATA Clearing House in accordance with IATA standards and requirements• Responsible for BSP settlements in direction with IATA standards• Preparing periodical BSP/Interline settlement reports• Providing support to Finance and Accounting Departments with financial reports• Responsible for the Interline, SPA, Code Share settlements between airways and GDS’ (General Distribution Services)• Responsible for contacting related companies such as IATA, airways, etc. when inconsistence occurs about Interline Settlements and following up the cases

• In charge of the Ministry of Economy procedures including financial support applications • Following up Learning Agreement applications of outgoing exchange students • Responsible for all the aspects of department’s purchases • Attending education fairs when needed and giving presentations • Acting as liaison officer between higher management and governmental organizations such as Ministry of Economy, Consulates • Taking an active part in the organization of the international student orientations • Providing assistance with the day-to-day activities • Arranging visa applications, travel reservations etc. • Supporting IRO Marketing and Recruitment Office with their promotional activities abroad and the student application/admission processes within the university • Responsible of giving full support to international degree students and their orientation at Sabancı University including their arrival arrangements, legal processes and orientation program arrangements. Following up residence permit applications of all degree students, diploma equivalency, tax and phone registration processes. • Working closely with Marketing and Institutional Communications unit for the preparation of the promotional materials for international marketing activities of the university. • Managing CRM process (data entry, emailing etc.)
