Make performance forecast, ROI for bothparties and overall planning to determine the feasibility of the project.- To give project proposal: establishing project business models, financial calculations, brandpositioning, and negotiating with owners, governments, investors, consultants or funds forbusiness terms.- To sign letters of intent, consulting agreements, management, sales& marketing contracts,etc.

Till now, 46 boxes of used clothes are being collected, and a report on carbon emissions is under editing.2. “Reusable bag” projectPrice sensitivity survey, cross-departmental communication, quotation, demand and inventory control, project planning, promotion, kick-off.Achievements: Within one month, this project has been approved and is officially launched. Multi-channel communication on SD: internal SD website, official website, visual design, community management, podcast, close collaboration with external NGOs, internal departments.  Network development and maintenance: training, monthly conference, topics sharing, recruitment and interview of SD relay. Other: Eco-designed product communication, Support retail and production departments to present SD initiatives. “Green Decathlon store” material supporting, Report, updating and deployment. Energy efficient system and Co2 management methodology training and learning. Analysis in the SD industry (green finance, green supply chain), research on laws and regulations, translation, graphic design, shooting assistance, data maintenance.
