I am a qualified lawyer in both Australia and China. My main practising areas are data protection and antitrust. In terms of data protection, I assist many international corporations in establishing data protection compliance systems, conducting cross-border data transfer notifications, and performing PIAs in different jurisdictions. In terms of antitrust law, I help clients with notifications for multinational joint ventures, global competition law risk assessments, and antitrust compliance training. In addition, I also had experience as an in-house lawyer in a Fortune 100 technology company.
