I am a HR Professional that has been with Petronas for the past 27 years with exposure in various HR functions, servicing multiple businesses such as Holding Company, Oil Business, Gas Business, Downstream Business, LNG Assets, Upstream Business, and am now back with Downstream Business. I would describe myself as a very committed, determined, adventurous, and fun individual. Who also happens to be a wife and mother to 3 beautiful children. Besides that, I am also an avid diver, world traveler and enjoy hobbies such as gardening, cooking, and painting during my free time. In addition to my role in HR, I am also a Certified Solution Focus Coach (CSFC) from CCPC and have recently graduated from the Newfield Coach Certification Program for Ontology. I first started my career with PETRONAS in 1995 as an Executive in Human Resource Management (HRM), PETRONAS and later moved to various positions including the HR planner for the Office of Vice President of Finance in 2007 before being appointed as the Head of HRM for various department and operations across the Group including Gas Business Unit (GBU), PETRONAS Australia Pty Ltd, PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB), Malaysia Liquefied Natural Gas (MLNG), LNG Assets, Upstream, PICT, and Group Digital. I was recently appointed as the Head of Global HR Business Partner for Downstream Business, effective in July 2021.
