I have a Masters of Business Data Analytics (Professional) from Bond University, where I learned how to apply data science techniques and tools to real-world problems. As a Business Analyst at Aramex Australia, I leverage my data mining and modelling skills to provide insights and solutions for various business challenges. I use R, Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to collect, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources, and communicate the results to stakeholders across disciplines. Some of my recent achievements include: Developing a predictive model to forecast the demand and supply of freight services, reducing operational costs and improving customer satisfaction.Creating a dashboard to monitor and evaluate the performance of different sales channels, identifying opportunities and risks for revenue growth and market expansion.Conducting a data quality audit and implementing data governance policies and standards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization.I am a strategic thinker, a collaborative team player, and an articulate communicator.
