Served as the first representative of the Node.js Foundation Technical Steering Committee (TSC) on the Node.js Foundation Board. Also served as the TSC Chair during the same period, facilitating the decision-making process for the technical project during the first two years of the Node.js Foundation.

Co-founded animal genetics technology start-up to commercialise IP developed within the University of New England. Applied artificial technology techniques to highly complex animal breeding scenarios to maximise genetic gain, minimise inbreeding and manage a wide variety of criteria. X'Prime's technology was applied across many breeding industries with great success.
