Lead independent consulting lean manufacturing and six sigma projects from strategy to implementation with focus on project, process, supplier & quality management, logistics, industry 4.0, variability reduction, production optimization and standardization with application in automotive industry.

- Full responsibility of the site.- Administration of department resources to reach financial and operative objectives.- Developed and managed yearly budget.- Coordination and tracking of new projects through APQP/PPAP.- Foster/review of individual development plans.

- Lead Safety, Quality Cost & Delivery performance for designated groups.- Implementation of plans, tracking of daily results, making appropriate adjustments in resource planning in order to attain desired results. - Communicate with colleagues from other shifts to ensure a transparent information flow.- Coach team leaders with problem solving tools.- Ensure the respect of standardised work methods.- Manage personnel issues of the assigned team.- Development of the team: ensure proper staffing, integration of new team members, advise and arrangement for appropriate training and punctual job evaluations.

-Project, plan, development and implementation of all new assembly methods, leveling cycle time, initial line balancing, written processes and time studies for work stations.-Identify and eliminate bottle necks situations.-Assure the reinforcement of the quality systems on the manufacturing processes from suppliers during the development of new products, serial production and from the field.-International assignment to Pacheco Assembly Plant in Argentina.-Responsible for Statistical Process Control, internal quality metrics improvement with robust actions in place for all internal and external issues and control & reaction plans for Final Assembly.
