I am responsible for overseeing and managing the coaching staff while developing and implementing a comprehensive coaching program that aligns with the academy's philosophy, values, and goals that fall within my age groups.My primary role is to develop and oversee a team of coaches, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed. I work to create an environment in which coaches can thrive, and to ensure that they are equipped with the tools and resources they need to be successful in their roles. Communication is a critical aspect of my role as Director within my age groups. I communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development. I provide ongoing feedback to players and coaches, and work to maintain an open and collaborative environment that fosters communication and dialogue.In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I also develop and maintain relationships with local soccer clubs and organizations to foster player development and identify talent for recruitment. I attend conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on coaching techniques and trends. I also work to promote the academy and its programs, building relationships with the community.Over 17 years of experience coaching youth soccer, I possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. I hold a coaching license from a recognized governing body and have a deep understanding of current coaching techniques, trends, and practices. I am committed to working collaboratively with other coaches and staff, and I am available to work evenings and weekends as required.Ultimately, my role as Director is to ensure that the soccer academy provides a safe, positive, and supportive environment in which young players can develop their skills and grow as athletes and individuals. I am passionate about coaching, and I am dedicated to helping players and coaches achieve their full potential.
